iV: The Ivy League Vegan Conference
On February 7–9, 2014, Princeton University will host the third Ivy League conference dedicated to exploring plant-based diets and bioethics.
The conference facilitates dialogue on research, builds a lasting and powerful network of colleagues, and expands the concept of veganism for the modern scholar and professional. Each year, there is one day focused on industry and finance; the theme for the iV 2014 business programming is Innovation in the Food Industry.
We expect an attendance of approximately 300 students, alumni, and researchers from across the Ivy League along with notable invited guests from the political and entertainment worlds.
